Settings

Home > Settings

Apply your own customisations to the generated PDF certificates, such as the default certificate colour and even the default pen ink colour.

Add your logo.
Customise the certificate colours to match your company branding.
Set your default company / trading as information.
Set your default engineers name and test kit serial number.
Option to set a certificate reference number prefix.
Option to add a telephone number.
Option to select your Cps scheme logo.

App branding

Your logo will be displayed on the home screen and the app primary colour will mimic the certificate primary colour.

Locations and Events

Home > Start (Locations & Events)

Add your first location, then you can add an event to that location and create a certificate for that event.

Add a Location: Using the top + icon, add a Location.
Add an Event: Select an option, “Log new event” and enter the details.
Add a Certificate: Use the “Add G1” button to add the G1 and G2 forms.

Add multiple G1 and G2 forms to an event certificate.
Import/Export system certificates (G1 & G2) to an event certificate to and from other other users of this app.
Form G3 is automatically generated and populated.

You can also add new events to existing locations so all of the events held at that location are grouped together.

There are many options for generating, printing or emailing each certificate type, from a single completion certificate to a full event certificate.

Email/print a single G1 certificate pdf.
Email/print a single G2 certificate pdf.
Email/print a single G3 certificate pdf.
Email/print a System certificate (G1+G2) pdf.
Email/print a full event certificate (G1+G2+G3) pdf.

Form G1: Completion Certificate.
